Was born from a genuine desire and passion to help people feel alive, energized, resilient, and thrive without burning out.

At VIRE Motion, we believe wellbeing isn’t built on willpower or discipline alone — it’s about understanding how your body truly responds to stress, load, recovery, and everyday life.

Across my 11+ years of hands-on coaching, I’ve worked with people on both ends of the spectrum: those who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and stuck in a cycle of “starting again”, and those who train hard, live active lifestyles, and strive to improve performance.

Surprisingly, both groups struggle with the same core issue: imbalanced nervous system, insufficient recovery, and high mental load.

High-performing, active individuals often hit a wall despite training consistently. Others who aren’t as structured feel exhausted, foggy, or disconnected from their wellbeing. Different lifestyles. Same root problem.

I saw firsthand that people weren’t struggling because they didn’t know how to train or what to eat. They were struggling because their stress levels, nervous system, and recovery were completely overlooked.

Everyone talks about “healthy habits,” “steps,” or “sleep trackers” — but few focus on what actually drives results: your capacity, resilience, recovery, and the way your body handles stress, as well as your everyday energy and joy.

I’ve been through three burnouts myself. The last one, in 2017, was the moment everything changed. It wasn’t laziness, lack of effort, or discipline — it was my nervous system shutting down from years of unnoticed stress. That experience became the turning point. I decided: “This cannot be the way I keep living. This cannot be the way people keep living.”

From that point on, my approach shifted to what truly matters:

→ understanding stress on a physiological level

→ recognising early signs before burnout hits

→ improving recovery capacity

→ building resilience

→ supporting the human behind the habits

Not with more rules, not with more pressure — but with clarity, compassion, and science that actually works in everyday life.

Finnish performance and wellbeing coach with 11+ years of hands-on experience, working with individuals, athletes, high-performing teams, and corporate wellbeing programs.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports, vocational qualification in sports, and a mental coaching certification.

Combines mental coaching, nervous system understanding, and over a decade of real-world coaching experience in movement and performance. Not just theory, but lived practice.

Created VIRE Motion to help individuals and organisations prevent burnout, support sustainable recovery in daily life, and translate that resilience into high performance, wellbeing, and lasting results.
